Innovative, yet rooted in tradition, this special collaboration release is a blend of our dry-hopped sour ale, Le Terroir, with a one-of-a-kind lambic beer from our good friends of Belgian brewing fame, Oud Beersel. After maturation in oak wine barrels, and before being shipped to Colorado, unripe green walnuts picked fresh from Oud Beersel's orchard are added to the lambic.
