Founded in 1991, our headquarters is home to two Steinecker brewhouses, our fermentation cellar, a 60,000 square foot bottling and canning hall, and a process water treatment facility that filters our process waters and powers this whole place. Not content with just one epic space, we opened a second location in Asheville, NC. This equally awesome brewery and Liquid Center is 18 acres of sustainable, LEED certified, beer-slinging goodness. Taking design inspiration from the flow of the French Broad River, our 6000 square foot riverside taproom is complete with local artist-made bars, tables and chairs crafted from repurposed wood salvaged from the former stockyard.
